They've tested the consistency of the liquid against pee, and the pH (the same pH scale you learn about in biology) is different.

It's a hard topic to research given that labs and scientists aren't the sexiest places to get in the mood to even get those results in the first place.

i've never really measured. honestly i would probably say maybe four tablespoons, it feels like there is alot more then there is. but my towel and bed never get soak....
