Well there really isn't anything you can do. I don't wanna sound like a downer but, you got caught. Just try and be cautious in the future. Try jo in the shower rather than in bed. I think you have to see this as a potential blackmail situation. if you start to beg and offer things, money or favours, for him not to go ahead then he can accept them and then make a new threat and so it goes on.
