hey guys/girls on VT

ok so to start off im a referee for nrl (national rugby league) and im not in the best of shape and could be fitter and with the new season just around the corner i would like some different tips on how to improve fitness and quick recoveries, because ill be sprinting and then stopping for like 20sec and then sprinting again.

so any tips on how to improve my speed recovery and general fitness? :yummy:

I don't really have any tips for you besides excercising alot, but good luck with new you! ;)

Hmmmm. Jogging? For someone who excels in sports, I'm F#@ing useless at giving advice on these sort of things :(

maybe you could train with some of the teams?

or ask thier coaches

thanks guys, i already train with my younger brothers team (U/15's) but that is only for the fitness stuff also that is only improving my fitness but i need tips on how to work on rapid recovery
