I don't think so. I've read some accounts of people unintentionally seeing a kid naked and being shocked by their big size. Jonah Falcon said he was 8 inches when he was 10 years old...

Its not something you would think about.....I know that I grew a lot and that at 11 or so I began to notice a change in its size. I have heard that erections start to happen around puberty, so if that is the case I began puberty when i was 9 because I wwas constantly getting hard even with morning wood at that age.

At 10y.o it felt thin in my hand and the head only just poked out over my fist, then at 12 suddenly it felt bigger in my hand n I measured it at 6"....
