I'm not sure if this is even the right area to post this, but for high school swim we might end up wearing tank tops and I have no arm muscle at all. What's a good way to get great arms at home with no equipment? (I also swim 1.5 hours Monday-Friday)
Thanks!

Push ups and pull ups for arms and sit ups for abs. What I did and it worked but 50 of each every night the first month then up to 150 each time going up 100.
EDIT: Or start at whatever seems comfortable doesnt have to be 50.

You might also wanna consider doing legups instead of situps.
