If by "penis pills" you mean Penis Enlargement Pills, the no. They do not work and are constantly debunked by rational medicine.
If you mean pills for erectile dysfunction, they arent usually utilized by teens seeing as most can get a stiffy at even the mention of the letter X....

I don't know what type of pills you mean but it's safe to say no. I don't have any problems with my penis and I wouldn't risk taking something that could give me a problem. What if something goes wrong and needs medical attention and now you have to explain to your family and doctors that you're taking some kind of pills for your dick. No thanks.
