My feelings are so strong and going all sorts of directions that confused is the exact word for it.

This kind of reminds me of myself when I was younger. I was sexually attracted to both boys and girls but could never see myself kissing a guy.

my guess is you're probably straight but enjoy the sexual release you get with your friend, and you guys feel safe enough with each other to do naked stuff.

Waking up hard as a teen is nothing unusual. Doesn't have anything to do with dreams necessarily. As far as wet dreams I personally have never had one probably because I started masturbating before I could ejaculate and have never gone more than a day without.
