I am the same way. You definitely have to be very careful not to be obvious or get caught. If a girl is standing or sitting in such a way you can see up her skirt, you can take a glance but then carry on as if you didn't see it. (Don't stare, don't point it out to your buddy).

Some girls wear shorts under their skirts because they don't have the confidence to rock a proper skirt, or they're shy/modest, etc. I find it very attractive when they wear cute panties under their skirts, knowing someone might see!
