I have created a survey similar to my previous one (Survey for Boys) but this one has some different questions and is for both genders.

All submissions are secure and anonymous. (Secure link in use and IP addresses are not logged)

NOTE: There is a 15 second timer on the first page that will prevent you from continuing to try and ensure that everyone reads the info contained on the page.

Results Link: removed Password: password

NOTE: If you're going to start the survey, PLEASE finish it. I have had to disqualify many responses due to incompletion.

Feedback encouraged. If you would like to see this in another language than those available, let me know as well!

Sorry but if 'IP addresses' are not logged how does it know that I've already done it when I click on it again?

It tracks if you've already done it through what the web calls 'cookies' which are stored in your browser.

And I'll make it a little shorter.

Yes that was the problem when I went to the results link my name did not show up so it thought it did not go through.

I'm just confused at how you were capable of submitting multiple times. Did you use another browser or delete your cookies?

Glad you guys are liking it. However, I do wish that people would not abandon the survey (complete part of it and then stop).

I have edited the survey to jump people who choose 'Gay' under the 'Sexuality' question to the page of their own gender rather than opposite gender for the final page (preferences for partners).
