Rafael, Shillary & ¡Jeb! status: BLOWN THE FUCK OUT

just a reminder that ¡Jeb! spent $35,000,000 in NH for 11.1%. your pocket-turtle game is weak, brah.
my theory as to why the God-Emperor lost Iowa but won NH: Iowa is a stronghold of Evangelical goofballs who are suckered in by ye olde "muh abortion" + "muh Constitution" formula - Rafael's schtick. meanwhile in real life, the majority of voters have recognized that those pet issues are a losing game and distraction from what's really at stake here: BORDERS AND JOBS.
over on the Democratic side, I find Bernie's win unsurprising - he represents what his supporters see as genuine left-wing populism that stands in sharp contrast to Shillary's cynical pseudo-socialist veneer over her inner scaly Davos-reptilian nature. while I still think many of Sanders' proposals are silly, a Shillary loss is still a win for us.

Kasich is a good man.
Also, if Hillary loses in Nevada- which is possible, we can expect to see the party van at her front door.

I'm not even American, but if Trump becomes president I'm moving to North Korea.

Thoughts on why Kasich win as #2 while the polls didn't reflect that?
Marco Rubio fumble on debate stage hurt him to not place in the top 4? Or was he always doomed?

I like Kasich for the Republicans. I expected Trump to win here because it is closer to where his background is and he resonates closer with a wealthy NH doctor more than a Evangelical farmer

I'm glad to see a win for my boys Trump and Kasich. Now if only Hillary could get some love from the electorate...

I'm sceptical to what extent this state is going to be representative for the rest of the election.
Christie and Fiorini are gone. Odds are Kasich is going to get chewed up in the less moderate South and Jeb! won't last another bad run. I expect both to be gone before Super Tuesday. Much of that vote-share is going to shift to Rubio who'll be the moderate's candidate. So heading into March first we're looking like we'll have three candidates with a third or so of the vote.
If Kasich or Bush decide their egos are worth it though then I'm expecting a large Trump margin in terms of delegates. Far as I've heard a number of the Super Tuesday states have large thresholds that a split moderate vote probably isn't going to reach.

Isn't that a little extreme?

Surprising to see Kasuch do alright. It's not like it was a close #2. Rubio would have done better, enough to go #2, if it wasn't for the debate screw up. I think he will do better in SC.

I'm with Vlerchan insofar as I've got no idea how much this result reflects how the candidates will fare in the next states. I'm mainly just glad Rafael and M.A.R.C.O. 9000 got rekt. I hope this trend continues.
also, I just noticed in my HuffPo screencap the "Man in the High Castle" link. topkek

I do believe though that the momentum is truly good for Sanders. He has 3 weeks to make himself a viable candidate before March 1.
