Well I haven't been on here in a while. Then a thought hit me. My friends suck and can't help. So yea I'm here. I've been tired and or bored lately I don't know what you would call it. But like its the void deep down and it just consumes me and everything becomes boring and stupid. But I feel like I'm tired of living and I just guess want to know which it is cuase I can't tell when I'm tired or bored of something anymore. They feel the same when I think of them just the void and sadness and despair all in one just sitting there clinging to me using me. Taking everything. I guess I'm really just looking for help.

Everyone on here is willing to help you find a loving sanctuary and a feeling of belonging. Also, try finding a hobby. That may help. For me, exercise is a fun hobby and also relieves a lot of stress. I also enjoy writing to escape into a new world. If those aren't for you, you could find music, art or something. Studies show TV coincides with depression so, I might not recommend that.

Also, if your friends make you feel bored or tired, it might be time to find new friends

Hi Jonathan~ Depression often feels like boredom and exhaustion, and feelings with it are often hard to describe. I can relate to that, and I understand the sadness it covers you all over with. I understand the deep void because I've sat inside it, letting it get a hold of me. It's gotten a hold of you. It's sitting on top of you, and you're calling for help. I understand what it's like to have everything feel stupid, and pointless, and dull. I'm here for you, and I want you to know that it's important to stand up and walk around a little every now and then. It's important to keep these tiring feelings down and hold yourself higher to be able to break free of this void that traps you inside and out every single day. You've got to let your body feel energy for you to feel better from it. Do the small things; if you like music put something on and move along to it, even if you're just walking around. Sheriff McGregor has good ideas too; exercising can be really fun. Don't do big, start small. Escape the house everyday for a brief minute just to walk it out for a bit (but walk brisk otherwise those tired feelings will overtake you). I want you to bring positivity into your life. It's a big thing, but possible only if you don't let that bored tiredness take away your chances. Keep your chin up:)

I'll always be here to talk if you need to talk~
