Hey, I'm a 16 year old guy and I think my penis is really small for my age. I'm a shower so I look a decent size in like the changing rooms as school but I don't grow very much when I become erect. Soft I'm 4 inches and hard I'm 6.5. Most of my friends are 7-8 inches and I just feel bad when I see their penises. so for someone aged around my age how big are you and am I normal
