Hello! I am Sayako, and I'm 17. I live in Scotland, in mental hospitals. I have bipolar I (suspected schizoaffective bipolar type), anorexia nervosa (apparently), and Asperger's syndrome.

I enjoy reading, writing, film, music, and programming. My main means of recreation is self-harm, which I find intensely euphoric, but I am trying to transition to more productive hobbies.
