Hes your brother, so there should be no problem with him seeing you naked or you seeing him naked. Its not in a sexual way or anything and if you are comfortable with him then I would say just ask him the things you want to know.

It's always great if there is someone you can ask where the conversation can be honest without one of you becoming embarrassed. if you have found that in your brother then ask all the questions you have. There are no stilly questions, just ones you don't know the answer to.

On the style of underwear question you may very well find boxers, which allow your balls to hang more, more comfortable but you may equally find them less comfortable. I wonder if the whole underwear thing is another excuse to see your brother naked. if you're just curious about how you might look at a later stage of development that's find - there is nothing wrong with being curious and, if that is the case, you can be honest about it.
