I've thought about it, yes. For like three or four people, I've had this conversation mentally(once very recently) but its a passing thing and whenever i feel like saying this to the person in question, i kind of start getting over it.
It's like whenever i think about how much i think i need my crush, i sleep over it or do something to get my mind off it and with a fresh mind it feels stupid that i should rely on someone else for my own happiness. So that's basically how i deal with those pangs of longing.

I've thought about this a lot, but never actually typed most of it out - simply for fear of blanking out for a few seconds (or getting distracted by something else) and accidentally sending the message.

I have done it a lot. In the past, I actually would press send on that kind of long text if I'd been drinking (not proud of that). A bout six months ago, I realized that anyone I have or have had feelings for will only want to be around me if I'm happy or at least appear to be. If I show I'm sad, I'll drag them down. I don't want to do that. So I don't even think about typing it out anymore because, I just want that person to feel happy. I want to do everything to make them smile. I feel like it's better if I try to bring out the best of them rather than making them have to try and bring out the best of me.

Not done this exactly but I've written how much someone has pissed me off in their chat log before deleting it and just not replying.

I kinda did this before entering my first romantic relationship. I just find it easier and healthier to be honest and open with people nowadays.

I haven't felt that way about or thought that way about crushes and attractions and rejections or acceptances since I was in grade school (around 7-8).
You have to stop seeing relationships or the desire for a certain person, as a metaphor for desiring a toy on a shelf at a store that makes you happy but is denied you.

I've been on the receiving end of such messages and it is awkward.
It's like how am I supposed to respond to that?!
I get that your upset, but I can't shake the feeling that person is rubbing off responsibilities of managing their emotional state based on how I react to them.
If hypothetically I had not rejected them, how solid a foundation emotionally will they provide me if I needed to lean on them for support.
It feels like a manipulative guilt trip, and it causes me to distance myself from them until that person can find their centered calm self.
I hear social talk about "objectification" all the time, but nobody talks about this side of it.

The amount of times I've wanted to send this to someone...I never did and probably never will. I can express how I feel but it's more a matter of if I choose to or not~

Never did. I'm always super honest with my feelings, I don't like to save this kind of stuff for myself because in the end it could be really bad for me.
