Slovenia might legakize marijuana (10g/person)

The slovenian Social Democrat party has put forward a bill into govermental discusion to legalize mariuana both for medical and recreational use.
Recreational use would limit it to 10g per person and would prohibit the gifting of mariuana.

What does it mean by 10g per person? Like forever, or just only being able to purchase 10g at a time or what?

I'm from Colorado, where it is legal. Sure, I've smoked it back in the day but I don't like the idea of it being legal. It makes people do dumb things. While I understand the positive use medical cannabis, recreation weed isn't a good idea. Just from being in Colorado, I can say that it hasn't worked out that well.
