I think 15 is very late for leg hair actually, I know mine and my friends was probably around 11/12

Well some people ONLY ever get small blond ones. My dad only has small blond ones so that's all I ever will get. I mean they're definitely noticeable, but not like hairy 1 inch black hair that some guys get.

I'd say it started when I was 13, and by 14 I had lots of leg hair in the calf area.

Just because that's all your dad has, doesn't necessarily mean that that's all you're ever going to get. For example, my dad's legs are hairless and mine are very hairy which segues nicely into my response for the OP. I've had leg hair since I was like 7 but it was always light and sparse until this past Summer (meaning I had just turned 14) when they just grew profusely and got a lot darker.

Maybe, maybe not. I only started puberty at mid-14, so i'm a late bloomer, but then my dad isn't very hairy either so it might not be in my genes. Guess I just need to wait and see.

Around 14-15ish I believe, although it did do it in stages. Seemed to start at the top and work its way down to the feet for me.
