I started to get mine like a year ago but it still hasn't completely filled in yet though. I'm 14 and a half now. Some people just get it earlier than others, nothing to worry about.

I believe I started getting armpit hair around 14/15. It's okay, doesn't really matter, you'll have so much hair one day lol. Just enjoy the fact that you don't have it now. Everyone grows at a different rate. :)

It could be coming a little bit late, but I wouldn't worry. You'll probably have at least some by the time you're 16.

I know I've had the same frustration as you! I am 15 year old, and I still don't have that much armpit hair. Everyone wants to look like they're progressed through puberty. I've noticed with mine, that I'm a little longer than peach fuzz and the hair is getting darker.

i got it at 12, which is quite average or maybe a bit early. im 14 and my class are all also 14 (apart for 1 or 2 people). when we went swimming it seemed like there was a fair mix of people with and without armpit hair so i dont think u have anything to worry about tbh. c:
