Are you asking do I wear underwear under my Jock strap? No. Actually I haven't worn a Jock in years. Soccer and basketball wanted us to wear one when I was younger so my mom bought me one but stopped wearing it after a couple games. I didn't wear underwear under it though. Last couple years for basketball I've been wearing padded compression shorts. Similar to football pads but the foam is smaller and on the sides and butt so you don't hurt your tailbone taking a charge. It doesn't have a cup in it but it supplies just a tiny bit of support just because the compression material is so thick and the junk area is doubled up on material. So its definitely supportive. I do wear underwear under it because I do sweat a lot in basketball and play in back to back games a lot and don't want to wash my padded compression shorts after every game.

Ive never seen anyone wearing a jock over their underwear or vice versa. I used to wear mine under my uniform and nothing else

Jocks are tight, so underwear would probably bunch up or rub if you wore it under... I wore briefs over mine when I was younger and played baseball, so it wasnt so see through under baseball pants. But that's it really.

no, the jockstrap is made to be worn in place of underwear/as underwear. while most do it for sports, some wear more fashionable ones as daily underwear

i've seen guys wear a jock over their underwear at school. don't know why they do it.

Yeah that's true, you should never wear underwear underneath. Even if you wear compression shorts too, you should wear them over the jockstrap (like our soccer team does).

if your athletic there really the best thing to wear.. gives ya a lot more freedom. I never wear mine over underwear .. sometimes under compression shorts I will when its colder out.

I've never had to wear a jock strap so my advice may be voided but I'd recommend wearing it beneath your underwear.

ya man .. highly recommend wearing one ! you get use to em pretty fast

just get the right size is most important. if too loose or tight you wont like em. Maybe trial and error they all fit a little different. Bikes are the best imo

We wear jock straps under our gym shorts here. They required for p.e class and coaches make sure we wear them.
