So after a year of liking this girl she admitted to me last week that she likes me aswell and wants me to move in with her. she lives like 10 hours away, we always visit each other and just came back from a camping trip that we both went on.
Im really nervous about it, its a massive change i feel like im growing up too fast or something.
what do you all think?

Hey I don't know how old you are man or what the norms are in Australia, but I would definitely tell you to hold off on moving in with someone unless you're the best of friends (and have been for a while) or you've been officially dating for a long time.
Just because you both like each other is definitely not enough reason to move in with someone. Of course, thats just my opinion.

I'm sorry I'm not old enough to have personal experience on this matter.
But my gut tells me 1 year isn't enough, and the economy isn't good enough right now,

There's nothing wrong with it, unless you don't feel safe, or unless there's no way to back out if you need to. Moving in with someone will really help you understand that person, and help you learn a lot about them. I think it's a healthy move for your relationship to see if you two really are meant to be and if you two really do have a good relationship with each other. As long as you feel safe with her, are financially stable enough, and can always have an alternative to move back to where you are now, then go for it.

I will always have the alternative to move back where I am now. I'm just nervous about it, but I'm sure those nervous will subside when I move in.

Ah yeah that was important to know lol. Well if you guys have gone camping and stuff then it's probably okay. I would just make sure you both have a talk on how things are going to get paid for. Make sure everything is out in the open.

If you are over 18 years of age then you can do as you please. But it would be much better for the both of you if one of you had a stable job or attend school. Being around your partner too much can drive you both crazy. Living with the person you like/love is not the same as casually dating them. You must adapt to how they live and they might have some habits you are not fond of. You have to share the same toilet, shower, and so forth.

Yeah I know. I have a job lined up and she is doing a course, so during the week we will both be busy.

Just do it, your 20. Could be fun. You may enjoy it. Hopefully you do. Just take your time when moving don't get overly excited and try to do it in one night. :p
