My aunt gave me a $40 gift card to Zulily that someone at work gave her for Christmas. She said give it to my mom, sis or girlfriend for a present. My sis says she likes Zulily stuff but I looked at the website and it looks like mostly stuff for older women. She likes the commercials, I think.
My mom & sis's birthdays are both in April and gf's is not July. If I give it to one I'm afraid the others will feel slighted. What do I do?

Mum seems the safe way to go, but I hope you didn't mention it to your sis! Your girlfriend won't think anything of it in this case.

You could go to the store and buy a gift for one or two of them depending on hie expensive the products are.

Your just the messenger.
Transferring a gift from an aunt to your mom, is equal tier. Your mom and aunt should be on the same social peaking order so in that respect just pass it on.

Seems like the safest way to go. Would like the smile and hug & kiss I'd get from either sis or gf tho. I just wish I had money to get them each something.

Could take a massive risk and spend the voucher on 3 cheaper trinkets for each hah, but you'd have to really know their tastes!

If I were in your shoes, I would pick my mom over my sister.

That would seem like the right thing to do except mom's sort of an old hippie. She's not into fashion & it's hit or miss what she'll like except she likes anything to do with owls. I think Zulily would be wasted on her MOL.
Not sure about gf. I get the feeling she might want to break it off or something. I don't want to give her something like that if I'm going to get friend zoned.

Did you start a thread regarding new relationship issues?
The 4th option is to hold onto it, and give it to nobody.

In that case your sister. Because some sisters are awesome and should be given loads of gifts. Just saying. :P

If you don't think your mom would really care about it, give it to your sister. your not sure if you are going to be with your gf anyways and even if you are, she should be able to understand you doing something real nice for your sister. so I would ask, who would appreciate it more between your mom or your sister and go from there

Or sell that stuff on Ebay and invite your mom, sis and GF an evening out for dinner.

There's a really big piece you're missing - are you going to tell the person that the gift was given to you or are you planning on pretending that you paid for it? Cuz assuming you don't have a job you're going to have to come up with a game plan on how you could afford it - and if that's the case you have to decide who would buy your white lie - and my guess is that would be your gf???
But otherwise I'd say your gf is the last person to give it to cuz you could break up and the birthday is so far away. If it was me it would come down to mom or sis - whoever would like shopping there the most and for me that would be my sis.

She has to be one of the most awesome sisters there is. She has a bday in April, mebbe I'll wait. When she sees a commercial bout Zulily she always says how much she likes their stuff.

Don't intend to tell any lies. And dinner sounds like a good one, xept mom is a vegetarian and they're hard to feed.
