When someone asks if you have big or small nipples, are they asking about the nipple itself or do they mean the nipple and the Areola combined.
Is the Areola considered part of the nipple, or is that considered something separate.
So guys, if you said to a girl, do you have big or small nipples, what exactly are you wondering about?

Well if that's the case then a girl can't really give an accurate answer because the two can be two different sizes.

Yeah and size is relative of course so small white nipples may be bigger than asian massive nipples. (just making a observation not being rascist)

in my experience they're usually talking about the areola, but occasionally people are actually asking about the nipple length itself.

I think when they ask the question it's about the sticky out bit:)

Ok am I the only one that has two different sizes?

My Areola is small and the nipple that sticks out is on the bigger side especially when hard. They will make nice baby feeders one day LOL

So if someone asks me, I guess I will just have to explain in detail lol

When I ask I usually mean just the sticking out part the actual nipple. But I also ask about the aerola too like as a different question. I can tell you also that smaller areolas are better in my opinion

just watch out. nothing wrong with answering that way if you want to be seductive ;), but just know that no matter the intent guys will take that kinda answer that way usually :(

Nobody's ever asked me before, and I hope they don't because it would be really awkward haha. I think it depends, because sometimes when people ask about the nipple they might not know that the nipple only includes the protruding skin on the breast containing the duct for milk production. It is pretty confusing, I'd also be wondering what the other person is asking me specifically, but they're likely to just be asking about the nipple. I think the areola is considered something separate as it only includes the circular area around the nipple.

I would probably wonder about the Areola more than the nipple itself. However, I probably wouldn't ask a girl about her nipple size.

I think most people get confused about anatomy. The nipple is on the areola. I have large nipples but average areola. Guys (and girls) have commented on my nipples.
