yeh I've been seen naked loads of times because of changing after sport and stuff! At first I was a bit nervous but I think everyone was! We were all cool with it after that!

The only times I can think of is being surprised naked by my parents which isn't too embarassing but still unpleasant.

The OP asked about times you weren't expecting to be seen ... so showers really wouldn't count.

I think that's the key thing for me, whether I'm expecting it or not. My 3 siblings and I share a bathroom so it's not unheard of for me to take a shower while one of them is putting on makeup or brushing teeth and me to come in or out naked or for me to go from bedroom to bathroom naked at night naked. I'm fine with that. But for whatever reason if some family member walks into my room while I'm naked I always freak out anc cover up. It's weird. Expections has a lot to do with it for me I guess.

I accidentally saw one of my super straight friends naked once and it was kind of embarrassing for both of us at that moment.

I am seen fully naked by my neighbor once because he went to our house one time when i was home alone and jerking my meat. I opened up our door with a towel on and he caught me watching porn then i just continued. I was embarassed at first but he joined me so i didnt feel any embarrasment anymore.

My friend pranked me once by barging into the bathroom while i was having a shower and emptying a bucket of ice on me. that was the only time anyone else saw me naked. i wasn't even realy thinking about that though.

I am not shy about being naked. We change and shower together with gym class anyways.
