Short answer: no I don't.
Medium answer: I bet many straight guys "question" their sexuality (see next).
Long answer: By questioning their sexuality I mean I have asked myself "am I missing out on anything" or "am I positive I'm straight"? For example I am a very picky eater. I don't like seafood for instance which is considered a delicacy and people nearly get mad at me for turning down. However I know what I do and don't like and I don't like seafood. I don't even like mashed potatoes but love fries. I know eating mashed potatoes will make me puke. Yet I occasionally wonder whether I should like seafood and mashed potatoes. Therefore I kind of question my food choices but ultimately know what I don't like. My sexuality is sort of like that I think. Sorry if this is too long but I just thought it was important to answer honestly. Most guys will simply say yes or no but that's not the whole story IMO.

Thinking of a guy in some kind of sexual way versus thinking of them while jerking off are two different actions. Thinking of a guy in a sexual way is more of a way to compare with another guy and maybe be envious of their bodily assets. Thinking of a guy in a sexual way while doing something sexual is just the body's response during a sexual moment.

And with regards to thinking of guys and getting boners, that's definitely just the hormones talking. It doesn't mean anything except that you're a normal teenager whose hormones are working the way they should.
