Is it weird for a 14 year guy not to have slept at a friends house?

I never did the whole "sleeping at a friends house thing" a lot. I'd only do it if at least one other person was also staying so I'd feel less awkward because I wouldn't be the only person there who was unfamiliar.
Now I kind of stay round people's houses because we have to have a place to stay when we get drunk. I've stayed round strangers houses and stuff just because anything is better than staying outside in the winter. In the summer, the grass is pretty nice to sleep on.

I guess it would be kinda strange to have NEVER have had a sleepover, but not overly weird. And theres still time for that to happen, maybe you should suggest one with your friends?

It took until just last Christmas for me to even go inside a friends house. I'm 20. I have never slept a friends house.

It's not unusual as far as I'm concerned. I've not done it that much but whether I do or don't doesn't bother me.

Nope. I didn't do it until this year and I'm 14.

I don't think it's weird at all, it depends on your parents/ guardians, really. If they're super strict it'll be hard to get 'em to allow you over to a friend's place, let alone having a sleepover :/ I know people who are like 17 and aren't even allowed to leave the house to hang out with friends. Plus I doubt you're the only 14y/o guy who's never slept at a friend's house, pretty sure you ain't alone in this situation~~

I do it almost every weekend because I have a close friendship with my best friend

I've done it once. When I was like seven or eight, I was invited to a sleep over and I had to call my mom too come get me.
Then last year after prom we were all drinking. I must add that I do not promote or condone drinking by the way. It is illegal and can land someone our age in a lot of trouble. But anyways, there was around twenty of us and we all just crashed at their place.

It's not weird and besides, it's never too late!
I personally don't enjoy spending the nite at other people's houses because they are usually dirty and I'm such a clean freak that I don't want to be laying on someone's dirty floor in a sleeping bag. It's amazing how some people live. Maybe I'm just weird, actually I know I am but I don't care I like myself just fine, lol.

my first sleepover was really really young at my friends house, but there are people in my grade 12th who haven't sleep over at a friends house, there parents won't let them.

I'm 19, and I've never slept over at a friend's house tbh. I think I've slept over at, like, my cousin's house a few times but that was when I was very little. I think the main reasons I haven't slept over are because, growing up, I used to live kinda far from my school and I was also a very shy, introverted kid. So no, don't feel weird that you've never been to a sleep over :)
