How do you find out what your bra sizes are?

You can get measured in a store (I know Victoria's Secret, at the very least, will assist) or at home using a tape measure or something of the sort. From a quick Google search:
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, with the tape straight across and around your back, bringing it to the front. 2. Subtract your band measurement (from step 1) from this bust measurement. The difference calculates your bra size- each inch represents a cup size.

Go to a store to get it measured, ask your mom or even look online for how to do it.

Most stores, at least upper-end, will do it in store as a complimentary service. I've had it done at Victoria's Secret and Nordstorm's myself. You could also do it yourself at home with some fabric measuring tape.

For me, it was pretty much trial and error, I guess.

If parts of my chest are spilling out: Cup size too small
Bra not completely full: Cup size too big
Band feels uncomfortably tight: Band size too small
Band hanging: Band size too big
That's how I always do it. I've never gotten measured before...:what:

Girls - what do you wear when you get sized? Is it embarrassing or uncomfortable - like the first time at least?
