Spying on parents when younger

I used to watch my stepfather and mother having sex when I was younger and now i dont know if they realized i watched them. I feel like i do something wrong and i feel embarrassed now. They used to let the door a little bit open so it was easy for me and I really enjoyed watching them. Now i have weird feelings to my stepfather. I wonder who else have been thru this?

This is something you should bring to a therapist, that is certainly not healthy and is obviously causing dysfunction in your relationship with your parent. That is not to say you are a 'weirdo', just that it's clearly causing a problem.

You were young at the time you spied on them, and whilst it is important to note you should not have violated their privacy, kids are naturally curious about sex and they should have taken better precautions.

My advice would further be to stop masturbating over these thoughts as that will reinforce the thoughts. Watch porn to distract you from it will work well.

Thats a tough situation. Are you sexually attracted to your stepfather ?. I think its natural when we are young to think about people we shouldnt. I have also had inappropriate thoughts about my uncle. I think its just from experiences we have had. In my case my uncle has always been close to me and we have always cuddled etc. He once walked in on me changing and I also once saw him have an erection in his sleep. I often think about this and it turns me on.

What I do is to immediately try think of someone else , or even look at porn. I still think of him now and then , but I try think of others too. Its not a perfect solution , but im sure these thoughts and feelings will also fade as we grow up more and have different experiences with boys our own age.

yes ive been trying to change my thoughts by watching porn and having boyfriends. But sometimes i am still thinking on him, but just as a fantasy i hope i can keep it that way.

Im not sure what advice I can give other than to keep doing what you are doing.
Your stepfather has never done anything with you , never made you think he would ?
I know of 2 friends where their stepfathers tried to molest them. Unfortunately we cannot control what we feel , but time fixes most problems. How long ago did you used to spy on them ? How old were you then and now ?

I want to be able to answer better but I need to know more facts before I can give better advice.

Ive never intentionally spied on my parents but I have walked in on them several times while they were having sex.

I have walked in on my parents doing some crazy things. After a day or so the awkwardness goes away and we pretend it never happened. Spying is a bit different, but since you were a kid I guess you were just curious. Which is natural. As long as it's just a fantasy I guess it's not to bad.
