3 inches is not average. I believe average is somewhere around 6. Anyway, I'm ~4 inches flaccid and 7.2 inches erect, so just a tad above average.

nearly the same for me^^ i'm about 5 to 5,5 inches hard, flaccid it's mostly 2,5-3 inches, but it can be anything from 2 to 4 inches (rarely). i'm really not a shower... especially when i'm cold or in the water my penis gets short (and also very thin). but i guess i'm not the only one with that problem. at least i know of one friend who is similar.
