There is something called perception. When you look at yourself you seem smaller then what you actually are, if you look at yourself in the mirror you look bigger. And it isn't just with the genitals.

Personally I don't give a damn how big I look. There is nothing I can do about it, and we are all still growing. According to the national health services in the UK the penis doesn't stop growing until you are around 21.
