Question for the Guys

I have been texting this guy I like for the past week, he knows I am interested in him and I have told him that I want to take my time getting to know because my last relationship didn't work out due to not really knowing the person, he said he wants to take things slow too..... Well, I always text him first and he always replies, except after He says goodnight.... We haven't talked at all yet today, so should I wait for him to text me first? Or should I just go ahead and do it? 👍👎

Just text him first. I am sure it brightens his day especially if he likes you in return. I think it is cute that you want to take it slow as long as you do not keep him in the Friendzone for a long time. At least try to hug the guy or hold his hand. I waited two years to kiss my first love. Do not make him wait that long haha
