Even as the amount of Mexicans coming through has decreased, the amount of Central Americans coming in has not. Secretary of State John Kerry has announced a new program to legally take on these people. Personally I like this because they at least are properly vetted and settled the way we want them and they have a chance at being more than a farmhand.
