I am not all too sure how to ask this properly, so if it seems weird or vague, sorry.
Like a lot of boys I was circumcised a few days after I was born. And unless you were cut as a child or teen you aren't going to remember it. When I was prepubescent my penis just hung out and only being used to urinate out of. But shortly after puberty began I noticed that when flaccid it pulled its self in. And for it to hang at (what I would call) a normal length, I would need to pull it out.
Think of a turtle retracting its head into its shell.
I read somewhere about being over circumcised and that it does happen, especially if it is done by someone who doesn't have much practice.
My questions are.
Is this a normal for males to have to do this?
2. Is there a way to fix it if it's from being over circumcised.
