It depends on how you like it. Some uncut people do use lube an some do not. Some cut people use lube as some do not. Most of my uncut friends never use lube. But I have never met a friend who was cut.

I think advertising is a bit more restricted in the UK. It's sort of funny actually, especially the ones for tampons. "Feel more free", they never actually mention what it's advertising.
