He has cancer and love him... how to text?

Well there is s guy, a friend of my cousin. I love him from 13 and now I'm 16. My cousin though does not want me talk with his friends so the guy has never talk to me. Before 2 months we learnt that he has cancer, leukemia and his chemotherapy is till August... he was for 2 months in hospital and now he is is my city for a bit before he move on to go where his hospital is. He accepted my friend request of facebook. How can I start a conversation??

Ask him how he feels and if he still wants to be friends. Then ask him what his favorite things are and get to know him.

I swear this sounds like a FanFiction I read a while back.
Anyway, the best way to do this is to just to get to know him and be yourself as you would around any other person. The best way to learn love is by being you and finding someone that allows you to be you.
