So I referee soccer and wear black compression shorts/underwear (Skins brand) to prevent an injury and to keep my muscles warm. When I bought them they said that the elastic at the bottom keeps them from rolling up your legs but still the pair I have roll slightly. How can I prevent this from occurring?
And if you own compressiom shorts/underwear what brand are they?

I don't own any but when I used to go and watch my older brother play rugby a lot of the team would tape there socks and shorts. I guess you could try taping them

We don't have that brand in America but I think I can guess it's really thick and slick feeling. I don't like that combo. It rolls up in me too. Plus makes me hot and itchy. I like Nike, Under Armour, Brooks Running brands. Trust me, go for softer pair. Feel better and move less.

I'd suggest tape, but if you have a litle hair on your leg it is going to pull the hairs.
So don't go with duct tape.
If I go to the gym or so, i'll wear swimbriefs, with long legs as underwear, they stretch and such

Is your underwear waistband too low? If they sag (like most people's shorts) they will ride up, then need to be pulled up to your crotch, then there won't be too much moving.

If they are right up my crotch then my penis won't have room to breath or move around

I wear under armour and nike. I never have them riding up, maybe you got a size too big. I like under armour cause they are tighter and a bit thicker.

That's never happened to me. Probably your compression shorts aren't tight enough, try a smaller size (they need to be really tight to work).
Don't use tape. It's irritant and if you have hair on your legs... you can guess the pain!
I usually wear under armour, they're tight enough and work very well during sport activities.

Lots of people are suggesting tape. I think that would take all the hairs on your legs off.
Maybe try a different make or use a (fairly loose) elastic band to hold them on. If you do that, make sure you don't cut off circulation.

Don't use tape. They make good compression shorts. Just pay the extra money to buy a good brand.

I use Under Armor and Nike. I don't seem to have the same problem as you.
