Go to A and E or the Drs, this is certainly not normal and i personally wouldn't want to risk anything asking teenagers online you need professional guidance.

Maybe an ingrown hair? Is it red/pink?

I'm sorry, I get easily carried away. I'm not quite sure where about you mean. Do you mean like the skin underneath your pubes?

Get that checked out. A big spot on your penis is never a good sign. Sounds to me like you might have a hernia or something - that's why a proper medical exam has the doctor feeling all around your stuff and pushing. I'd go to a doctor and not try to remedy this yourself

A bump? If it is red or irritated then go to a teen clinic and they can help you there.

Any time you find something that looks or feels abnormal on your body, you should have it checked out by a medical professional and not just blow it off as something that will pass, it could be very serious.

Id visit a doctor. Don't run to your parents saying "I have an STD!" Just calmly walk to them and ask to be looked at. You could also have your dad or mom take a look. As awkward as that is.

I'd tell your dad. And go to a Dr
