It's winter here at the moment. I wonder if the answer would be different in the summer. If your pubes are darker than your head hair one possibility is that the sun is partially bleaching your head hair but not your pubes which don't tend to get much sun.

If you've heard the suggestion that to know the colour of someone's pubes you should check their eyebrows that is probably based on the fact that when people bleach or dye their hair they don't usually do their eyebrows to match so their eyebrows show their natural hair colour.

What I heard is pubes are same color as eyebrow color. For me that doesn't make a difference. :)
