I posts this before but I only got one reply so I though I should post this again and phrase it a bit better.
So I'm not sure why, but I have spots all over my back and on my chest and shoulders. The ones on my back have almost gone and have left a lot of spots marks which blend in a bit cos im brown. I haven't got as much as I used to before but I really hate them and I don't know how to get rid of them. So would anyone find me seriously unnatractive or ugly cos of them? Would you not go out with me because of them? And do you have any ideas about how to get rid of them?
Thx

Are you talking about acne? Even if you're not, you should see a dermatologist. They could give you some options.

You can use topical acne products and you can buy acne sprays for using on your back. I don't know where you're from so I cant recommend products. Also you can get oral medications prescribed by a doctor.
For more advice on acne in general id check out this: http://obsessedwithskin.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/a-practical-guide-to-acne.html
The only other thing I would say is do you want to go out with someone who isn't accepting of you and who you are? More people have acne on their backs than you probably think you just can't see it.

Scars and spots don't bother me. I think the sun could fade them or maybe lemon juice but if you have the money, then you could get laser resurfacing or something of that sort and it would get rid of them.
If that didn't work then you could get a really cool tattoo to cover it up :)
If it's from acne then you might want to avoid all dairy and sodas, and things with high sugar.

Acne can be treated in a ton of different ways. And if it's not just freckles, it's acne.
What I use is an Rx topical drug called Clindamycin along with OTC Benzoyl Peroxide. It's not a cheap remedy (the Rx was something like $100) but it works crazy well. I've tried X-Out and Proactiv and neither of those live up to their hype. And as Ella said, you can avoid eating a ton of fat and sugar. That can help with preventing breakouts
