I was wondering with the constant feeling of hunger, what do you do to stay healthy? What exercise routines do you do? Have you lost weight since you've been growing?
I just eat when I am hungry, but don't honestly care. I plan on changing that. I plan on exercising more and eating more wisely.
What do you do to stay on top of your game?

The hunger is probably your diet. Try eating higher fibre foods as they take longer to digest so make you fuller for longer. Also try eating more protein.

Eat a range of foods. Avoid the junk foods. No fast food, little sweets and chocolate etc.
Vegetables, fruits, carbs. Don't overeat ever.
You should also do at least 3.5 hours of vigorous exercise a week.
Obviously, unless you need to lose weight you should eat more after exercise to replace burnt calories. I find that this website is very helpful. Http://www.cal-culator.com

During puberty you tend to have three growth spurts give or take and during these times you need lots of food and parents usually notice or you notice when you need more and your who metabolism changes so you can eat these foods and it turns your from getting fat into musclier and taller but don't feed your self crap its should be wholesome home cooked meals not out of the freezer.

I wouldn't trust calorie calculators, I just tried two random ones online and got 69 calories and 504 calories. They make a lot of assumptions.
Also you don't really need to be counting calories.

Also in puberty you get very hungry due to growth spurts. For me, I am 5'7 and I had a big growth spurt and I am very hungry. Usually I can control my hunger for 2 hours, but I still eat as I am a growing boy. For exercise, I usually do 10 minutes of treadmill, 20 pull ups and just run around. Weight, I dunno, I sometimes lose around 1-2 pounds, but its still 120.

It isn't a calorie calculator. It gives you a rough idea of how much food is used during exercise. It uses formulae from the University of Oxford.

The point is that its very rough and what's the point of knowing how many calories you're burning.

The point of cal-culator is not to tell you much much calories you use, but how much food. Have a look at it and you will see that

I assume you are worried that eating in response to the hunger will cause you to get fat.
I think that is unlikely. You are most probably hungry because you need the food to fuel the growth spurt. Of, course, for good health you should satisfy that hunger with a balanced diet and not just pig out on junk
I would also not be concerned about gaining weight. During the growth spurt you bones and muscles will grow and these are denser than fat so weight gain is expected. You can check you are not getting fat by checking your waistline.

i eat a lot of fruit instead of junk food. also veggies with meals, like carrot sticks with lunch at school, or even for a snack doing homework. also try and stay active, going to the beach and running or tossing a ball, swimming when i can.
never really ha to worry about my weight to be honest
