Stuck between two girls...

I have had a crush on this girl Jazmine for a few months now. We only get to see each other at work. She is very shy, kind, and friendly. She is always the one to say Hi to me first if we see each other and it really makes my day. She hugged me a few times, but other than that there is no physical contact. I try to ask her questions to strike up a conversation, but most of the time work gets in the way. I have wanted to ask her to go on a picnic with me or to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens since I know she has not seen it yet.

Then Marissa comes along. I have liked her longer than Jazmine. She is exactly like Jazmine personality wise. I think they are both pretty. Jazmine has nice black hair and Marissa has dirty blonde hair. But Marissa makes me feel more comfortable because she stands close to me and does not ignore me to talk to friends like Jazmine. Marissa is always smiling and does not hang around the bad crowd whereas Jazmine herself is not a bad person but befriends people that do drugs and go clubbing. Which makes me think one of those guys wants to date her and she might choose him over me anyway.

Now I am trying to make a decision of whether I should ask out Marissa or Jazmine. I think both of them are very sweet and are really pretty. I am not sure who to pick. I am leaning towards Marissa only because I have known her longer and we know each other better than Jazmine and I know each other. I am not certain which of the two I would have a better chance with.

Based on what friends have told me, I don't ever advise dating a co-worker. If the relationship goes south it tends to poison the work environment.

and i think you should go with marissa because she makes you more comfortable. but if she turns you down, i think asking jasmine out is a great plan, too.
