I think that's normal. I know that when I started puberty I put on a lot of weight so it might be the same the other way.

At that age its pretty unusual to lose...All guys I know have gained weight in teens...I myself was wafer thin to begin with and now have put on 20kg giving me a nice round butt and a hint of a tummy which was unthinkable just 2y ago..
Few really rail thin guys are now almost gone chubby...The sporty ones tend to grow muscular and the non sporty ones get filled out...
So please get yourself cheeked out..

If you have lost twenty pounds over a short period of time, then that is definitely not normal and has nothing to do with puberty. You must be checked out by a doctor to make sure everything is all right because rapid weight loss could be a sign of something wrong. We all gain or lose a couple of pounds here and there, but to lose pounds in the double digits is something you should have checked out because that's not normal.

All the more reason why you should get checked out because if you have lost twenty pounds over a month, then there's a problem. It is one thing if you lost the weight over the course of a year, but it is not a good thing to loose the pounds in the double digits over only four weeks. To go down twenty pounds you must not be able to fit into many of your clothes, and your appearance must have changed a lot. You have nothing to loose to get checked out, and you should make it clear you have lost this weight over four weeks so that if there's something wrong your doctor can get a handle on it.

I guess there is a small possibility of having been overweight previously, having made a lifestyle change, and having dropped to a sensible weight but it is certainly worth keeping an eye on this.
What I would do is do a BMI calculation, i.e. measure your height too, work out your BMI and check it against the under/normal/overweight/obese figures. If that shoes you are now underweight go to the doctor. If it shows your weight as normal then weigh yourself, and repeat the calculation, weekly until either your weight stabilises in the normal region, in which case you can check it less frequently, or your BMI becomes underweight, in which case go to the doctor. Any other signs of being ill then go to the doctor.
BMI calculations and reference info should be available on-line and are sometimes included in fitness/weight loss apps. Your doctors or a local clinic may also offer doing this as a service.
