I think that there should be a rule that when you look at a post you must post in it! Ifd you get my drift?

No. No. No. No.
It's kinda self-explanatory why this is a bad idea...

No, no, no no.
This is just a silly idea, it kinda ruins the purpose.

Yeah. There are a lot of threads here that well...sorry to say, but are undeserving of replies to some degree. Whether it be because of rule-breaking, ignorance, or a desire to start some kind of unnecessary conflict. It's best to avoid these, and to remove that right is pretty unfair.

And some just seem to be made up nonsense for trolling and if i had to reply to them that is what i would have to say.

Wouldn't that be horrible. Let's say I went into a post in the psych ward and saw someone saying they wanted to commit suicide and I saw that, clicked on it, read it and realized I had no helpful advice or reply but I'm forced to reply to it?
Wouldn't that put me in a very awkward and undeserving position.

Exactly this, if someone has no advice to give, better to say nothing than give wrong advice/ information and make things worse.

I go through a lot of posts thinking I will know what they're talking about then I find out I don't. Kinda stupid that I would have to post in a thread even though I didn't understand it, especially because I don't understand much :D

Plus if I see a lot of posts that I would say, I don't post anything.
