If you're serious about thing about it, get your parents to make an appointment with your doc who can go through all the options. Make sure the reasons are valid (I'm curious to know why) as it's not something that's easily reversible if you change your mind afterwards

You also should be asking boys that are a little older as to why NOT!!! There are many distinct advantages to being uncut and natural, especially the sensitivity to the penis head!!! Consider yourself lucky you are natural!!!Unless there is a medical reason to do it, which most are bogus, you could be sorry later....and almost impossible to reverse the process!!

IMO, you should forget about getting cut. It is an unnecessary surgery that eliminates many of the nerve endings that bring you pleasure when you masturbate & have sex. You can never get those nerves back.

I think you might regret this decision as you get older.

On the other hand, I respect that it is your penis & you should be free to cut if you want. I hope your parents will advise you to wait a few years, then reconsider.

If you two want to get circumcised, then i'd say go for it! Just be sure to tell your parents that you are ready to be circumcised. It is a matter of personal choice if the doctor didn't cut it off at birth. I myself am happy to be uncut.

The first part is obvious which is talk to your parents. I was circumcised when I was 13 and for me the hardest part was asking my parents. I had thought about and worried about it for as long as I knew I looked different from my friends. Finally, I got the guts to ask my parents and they quickly said "yes" and it was done and over with in a few weeks. It all went fast and the pain and discomfort was truly not that bad. Nothing like some who thy to scare you but never had it done themselves. I really like everything everything about not having a foreskin. Best decision I ever made to be cut and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I recommend you and you friend take to your parents as soon as possible. I worried about it way too long before asking my parents. It would be great having a friend that you could through it with. Good luck and don't wait.

This is NOT good advice. Circumcision is not something to have done on a whim. You should make time to carefully consider the aspects of the outcome of the surgery, and the very real chances that you may not be happy with the change yet wont be able to reverse it. Remember that what you are removing is a functional and healthy part of your body. With circumcision will come changes such as desensitization of the Glans, loss of the majority of the pleasure nerves of the foreskin, including the ridged band which is the highest concentration of pleasure nerves in the penis. I have a friend who was circumcised as a teen and preferred the way he was. This might not apply to everyone but is really something you should consider.
I'm not here to tell you to get circumcised or not, that is entirely up to you.
What I am telling you is that you should think about it very, very carefully because its very possible that you will come to regret your choice.

get all of the facts before you do anything to make sure oyu are doing it for all of the right reasons. if, after that, you still decide you want to get it done, then talk to your parents about seeing the doc and getting it done.

For those who have not experienced being circumcised as a teen and who are trying to discourage moistman, read what he posted. It says he and his friend have already decided they want to get circumcised and he is asking what their next step should be. From my experience, I think they have made the right choice and yes I will encourage them to move foreword.
