Well you're right that masturbating is free of pregnancy/STD risk but I took the view that once I had it on, rather than just take it straight off again, I'd try masturbating with it on just out of curiosity. What I noticed is that as I ejaculated, because the semen was retained in the top it was held in contact with the head and I could really feel the warmth from that. I don't masturbate regularly with one - on balance I prefer the feeling without - but it was still interesting.

It is good to get singles (if possible) to find out which one fits best/what you prefer.
