So I have a problem...
There is this girl in my class that I have liked since the beginning of the year (and I have only known her since the beginning of the year). I have never ever felt attracted to someone before, so she is special (never dated before). I think she is funny and she is a good person. We do have things in common, and it is sort of fun knowing someone who has some of the same interests. It is sort of weird because we are mean to each other sometimes, but we are just messing with each other. The other day one of our friends said that we would make a good couple (I've been told this other times before, but not while she was present), but she got kind of upset and she said for everyone to get away from her. I have had the urge to ask her out many times before, but now I just feel like I have no chance at all. Please give me advice! Should I ask her out one day? Or should I just keep it at friendship?

maybe her frustration is that you have not asked her out yet and she thinks you wont do it. worst case is that she says no and you can have a conversation about that.

I hate when people think you and your crush should be a couple. On one hand it seems like you would be perfect together and they see you that way already. On the other hand it makes you feel guilty because you have waited too long to ask her on a date. If she is trying to avoid people it can be a bad sign. My advice would be to ask her friends why she is trying to distant herself and if it is a good idea to ask her on a date. If not just ask her, what do you have to lose?
