For those that would like to do some exercises for the abdominal muscles, here's a great workout for a few days. If you have questions regarding how to do an exercise or if you think it is too difficult or easy for you, post your questions and comments below. Modifications are available!
Everyday before working out, make sure to do a good warm-up!
Warm-up:
40 jumping jacks
15 push-ups
15 squats
Day 1:
4 sets of 20 sit-ups
4 sets of a 1 minute plank
4 sets of 40 bicycles (20 each direction)
Day 2:
4 sets of 40 Russian twists (20 each side)
4 sets of 10 windshield Wipers (5 each side)
4 sets of 20 V-ups
Day 3:
4 sets of 30 crunches
4 sets of 1 minute side plank (1 minute each side)
4 sets of 12 Leg Raises
Day 4:
4 sets of 20 Single Leg V-ups (10 each side)
4 sets of 40 scissors (20 each side)
4 sets of 20 Toe Touches
Day 5:
4 sets of 30 Reverse Crunches
4 sets of 16 Oblique V-ups (8 each side)
4 sets of 15 Jackknife
