yeah it was a sudden idea so we hadn't got any lube and i did get a finger in him to help i got two in him i think it was just me it kept bending whenever i tried to enter him

Here is a suggestion. Stretch the anus. Yes it sound gross. But you were going to have your dick in his rear. Stretch it slowly so it doesn't hurt. And after a fee minutes of that he should start relaxing. Then all you need to do is lube up and go to town.

1) use plenty of lube
2) he needs to learn to relax his anal muscles, it makes it easier to go in
3) take your time and dont rush it
4) make sure you are properly hard
