hello, im 13 years old. I want to sleep shirtless or just with my boxers but im a bit embarrassed to do that.it gets really hot at night in my room and my mum always comes to my room.should i sleep shirtless?

I would do it. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with it. Just loke anything else tho it takes a little bit to get used to but once you do you think nothing of it and you love it

im more comfortable being in my underwear, but that is all i wear to

Don´t worry, a lot of kids sleep naked or just shirtless. I sleep totally naked.

Do what you want to do. If you're comfortable sleeping topless then do it, naked, then do it. It's more lightly that your mum will come out feeling more awkward and she'll learn quickly

I sleep without a top as do my brothers. You really do not need to be shy about your mom seeing you without a shirt. She saw lots more changing your diapers and giving you a bath.

Start closing your bedroom's door. It will give you some privacy.
At first she will check on you, but after some time she will realise that you've grown up, and then you can sleep however you want

There's nothing wrong with sleeping shirtless and you shouldn't feel embarrassed about that. If you wanted to sleep naked, it would be quite awkward to explain this to your parents, but now it's all good and you shouldn't even think twice before sleeping shirtless

i would do it if you think it would make you feel more comfortable at night. but if you want a bit of security, sleep with your tshirt next to your bed so you can slip it on when your mom comes in. there is nothing wrong with sleeping in just your boxers, its a perfectly normal thing for a boy to do.

Same with my mom and da, they'realways comming into my room, the door doesn't have a lock on it.

I'm more shy around my parents than I am of my friends, I'll easily take my shirt off riding my bike, running or playing basket ball when I'm with them.

If it's really hot in summer and I'm outside I'll take my shirt off at home, usually mowing the lawn, then it's easier for me to stay w/o a shirt the rest of the summer.
