Hi everyone, okay so recently I've been feeling really down and just generally sad about everything. My whole life has completely f'd up and i have been thinking about committing suicide for a very long time itrid to do it the other day and there have been other times too i just feel sick of being alive and feel like i just want to die what i came for is to see how i can get help with this im too scared to talk to anyone can anyone give me tips on this thanks in advance.

I can see from your profile that you're from the UK
You can always call childline (0800 1111). It's completely confidential and doesn't come up on your phone bill. You can also Web chat them. I've used them before and they are very comforting so why not give it a try?

If you ever think of committing suicide, you need to seek help. Talk to your parents or like Adventitious said, call the helpline. Your life is precious and although you might not think so at the moment, a lot of your friends and family will miss you if you are gone. There will be a hole in their life that they can't fill.

Life will get better, trust me.

Whether you have depression or not is not as important atm as your life. I realize that rn your life may be shattered and you don't know how to continue on, but make a conscious effort to overcome your sadness and you will get very far. :)

Suicide is very serious, so this was a good first step to getting help and support. As suggested above, perhaps you should inform your parents or some other trusted adult you know about how you feel.
