You might have erectile dysfunction, it's quite rare to have it when you are young so it might be worth seeing your doctor?
Is it only when you want to masturbate you can't get hard (ie do you still get morning wood / erections during the day etc.?)

There might be a lot of reasons for you not getting very hard. Firstly, you're only 14 and puberty doesn't start at the same age for everyone, so you might not have even started.
Secondly, you might not be watching the right porn. Thirdly, as a user said you might have erectile dysfunction but that is very rare and you're too young to be sure right now.

Probably nothing to worry about but as someone above me said it could be erectile dysfunction. If I were you, I'd definitely go to a doctor.

The "right" porn? Studies have shown time and time again that using too much of any type of erotic porn can decrease your drive and ability to get hard without it. You can get (or at least I did at one point) to a point where ONLY porn gets you hard. Not even seeing a topless friend worked for me. Porn dependency is a real problem.
That being said, I seriously doubt any 14 y/o is going to have ED. That's something that men develop in their middle-late years. Thus why the men in the Viagra/Cialis ads aren't spring chickens.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. My best advice is this: if you use porn at all, stop. Don't let yourself go to any erotic-based anything for a while. Took me close to a month, but it was worth it. It's okay to use that stuff sparingly, but the more you watch the wonkier your brain gets about stimulation and arousal.

EDIT: And I don't think the onset of puberty has anything to do with it.. I definitely remember getting random awkward hard-ons wayyy before I was even 10. If you NEVER have gotten spontaneously hard in your life, that's a problem to ask your MD. But I highly doubt that's the case

It is very possible that you are maybe asexual or demisexual. Asexual means that you have no sexual desires whatsoever, and demisexual means you only have sexual feelings when you are in a relationship. These are very valid sexualities and are pretty common. I wish you luck on self discovery!

Firstly, i do get morning wood and i can get erections, maybe i worded it wrong and i do get random erections, when im hard i dont get raging hard. I could wjen i was like 11 when everything sexual gave me a boner. also i have started puberty, pubes, armpit hair, growth spurt. and the fact that porn doesnt arouse me i think might be wierd

i so worded it wrong.. maybe i shouldt wrte at 12 in the moring. by fully hard i mean raging hard and where i could ejaculate, but ecause i cant, im not sure if its a real problem or its just my preference on being really hard or just hard.

cheers for all relpies will stikk keep looking at this thread

I think you might not have understood my statement correctly. By "right" i meant the type and not the amount of porn. OP might not have been watching porn that he finds sexually attractive. For example, i don't find lesbian porn attractive and i don't get hard seeing it ever. Again this is all assumptions and probabilities and the right type of porn might be one of the vaguest possibilities.

OP had mentioned he doesn't get fully hard while he does get an erection, so that's how puberty came into context.

Sounds remarkably like a porn dependency. Ive been there myself.

Your getting the guy anxious over this with ED and other
medical problems. He just has to let time take its course
and grow more into puberty. I have a friend who is 14 and
has his penis enlarged but he cannot shoot. He has just
began to get his pubic hairs. So its a pre puberty thing.

After a few more months c if u don't get aroused then I
would check with ur doctor. A lot of u guys have to just wait.

Try wanking and take your time. Use lubrication if you must. there must be a way for you to get hard and cum. If not you can choose to go to a teen clinic and ask them about it

I think it's definitely worth seeing your doctor about it. It might seem embarrassing, but I can guarantee that they've heard worse before.
